I used to do stretching daily as part of my training regime, but that was in the 90′s when I was racing the MTB national and provincial circuits, I was also in school at the time meaning that I could spend large amounts of time doing sport.
In the past 12 years I have not been as diligent about stretching and only done it occasionally. This year I would like to change some of my bad habits and replace them with a more disciplined approach to sport and work. First step is to start my day with stretching as opposed to going straight into work. Today was my first step towards this!
